Longmont United Hospital Medical Office Building Benefits from HVACR Retrofit
Longmont United Hospital is a general medical and surgical hospital serving Boulder County, Colorado, and surrounding communities for over five decades. For the past several years, Longmont United Hospital has relied on Timberline Mechanical to provide expert HVACR repair and maintenance services for their main campus in central Longmont as well as their satellite location in Frederick, Colorado.
Avery Brewery Company HVAC Design-Build & Engineering of Steam Plant and Chiller Water Plant
Avery Brewing Company has been a client of Timberline Mechanical for a number of years. In September of 2013, they approached us with a dilemma; Avery was flourishing, and their building was becoming obsolete due to these “growing pains.”
Longmont United Hospital Boiler Replacement
Timberline Mechanical was contracted by Longmont United Hospital to replace three large standard-efficiency Weil McLane boilers and a large indirect water heater heated by the boilers.
Lefthand Brewing Company Steam Boiler Install
Timberline was contracted by Lefthand Brewing Company to do both the Steam and Chiller water design and install. The photo is the finished install of the Steam system install.

Timberline was contracted by Lefthand Brewing Company to do both the Steam and Chiller water design and install. The photo is the finished install of the 140-ton chilled water system, including a set of direct coupled pumps to provide redundant operation and a buffer tank to help compensate for load changes.
Service Retrofit at the University of Colorado
We are working on a Service Retrofit project for the University of Colorado at the Bear Creek student housing in Boulder. We are replacing blower motors, blower wheels, isolation valves, control valves, and y strainers on over 200 HW/CW Fan Coil Units.
